After much work, the transom starts to come together.  I used a lot more carbon fiber in the ends of the boat to keep them light and stiff.
On Erik Precourt's advice, I built a putty flange for my foredeck hatch, then glassed it with a light tape.

I tried a few window templates before getting one that I liked.
The bow has a built-in carbon chainplate, and the final bow laminations are carbon fiber, just in case somebody decides to go pirate on me.
