| Put-In-Bay
is an interesting place: part weekender tourist trap, part genuinely
funky destination. It's a little town on South Bass island in
Lake Erie, but you probably knew that already.
It doesn't take itself too seriously, and it's not difficult to get
away from the mini-golf and kitsch and just have a good time
there. We stayed at a decent B&B but I would have liked to
have brought the camping gear, moored the boat, and stayed in the state
park. Maybe next time. |
